My truth is a visual expression that captures an emotion, reawakens a connection with my past &  memories. I describe my practice as minimal, somewhat hurried with a limited palette so’s not to distract. My artwork is mostly unplanned, beginning with doodles to explore where it takes me. My process could be described as intuitive with quick brushstrokes to capture a sense of movement and urgency. I often get excited by the insignificant or unexpected that emerges, for me these are light-bulb moment that connect me to a much more powerful, profound message.
